In my case Eric just seemed extremely busy, and Evelyn was a sweetheart. I ordered in late July/Early August 2008 and had mine in 3 weeks. My understanding is he was extremely backlogged and getting married. Received them in July, returned them because they were damaged. Still have not received the new one's nor the money in return. Several e-mails have been sent as well as phone calls, but Eric, nor Evelyn will answer.
